Gut Level Presents: K means, Diessa, Korra

from £5.00

K means

Bristol-based DJ k means had their first brush with dance music when they were just a teen, covering fantastical videogame soundtracks on the piano. Later falling in love with footwork's dizzy, rhythmic futurism, they began to develop a feel for the dancefloor's gooiest corners, folding experimental, hypnotic sounds into breathless, bass-heavy beats. A resident at Bristol's Psychotherapy Sessions, k-means has also contributed extensive sessions to Noods, Rinse FM and Netil, and has played across the UK and beyond, bringing their unique perspective to Berlin's OHM, London's Fabric and Malmö's Intonal Festival.

Diessa

One of Gut Level’s integral collecive memers, Diessa makes excursions out of left-field into club sounds. Multi genre sets melding footwork, techno, bass and jungle in a love letter to CDJ wide mode.

Korra

Korra has long been known for both his seamless and eclectic genre blending - with his shows spanning UK Funky, Gqom and Jersey through to Grime, Drill, Footwork and much, much more. Whilst a DJ who is primarily inspired by the sounds of Hyperdub and Night Slugs, he often uses his Mondo shows to explore sounds from further afield too - no subgenre or bpm is out of the question when it comes to digging for new music.
