Feeling with Theory: Exploring the Meaning of Music Around Neuroqueer Identities

Join us for an evening exploring music, queerness, and neurodivergence through two creative research projects. The evening will include a talk, a workshop, and a DJ set.

We will share reflections from two research projects: Ruling Passions, a study of neurodivergent ‘special interests’ that blends story, theory, and multimedia, and Queer the Landscape, a walking project that invites you to write lyrics for one of its songs.  We will wrap up the evening with a neuroqueer-flavoured DJ set, embracing  the spirit of Jack Halberstam’s “queer art of failure.”

7.00pm - 10.30pm

Entry is free, but you must be a Gut Level member.
